Project Engineering Scrum Master - Preston

Salary: £54,000 - 94,000 per year

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a project engineering environment
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience working in the aerospace and defence sector is a plus
• Relevant engineering qualification or certification is preferred
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting, managing remote and onsite teams

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and engineering teams
• Identify and resolve any impediments to the teams progress
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and principles
• Monitor and report on team performance and project status
