Presales Solutions Architect App Modernisation

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements

• We need someone with technical expertise in app modernisation, DevOps, Azure, AWS or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud or hyperscale landing zones.
• We are looking for someone who is commercially and technically astute.
• We need experience supporting sales teams and working in a presales environment.
• We are looking for someone who can produce high-level solution designs and statements of work covering professional services through to managed services.
• We need someone confident handling RFPs and RFIs.
• We are looking for someone comfortable delivering chalk-and-talk presentations and engaging with customers.
• We need someone able to act as a trusted adviser and build knowledge of customer environments.

Responsibilities

• We support the sales team through discovery with clients.
• We produce high-level solution designs and statements of work.
• We define professional services through to managed services.
• We handle high-level design work for RFPs and RFIs.
• We deliver chalk-and-talk presentations.
• We produce high-quality documentation to standardise solution architectures.
• We implement processes and templates for use across internal teams and customer engagements.
• We provide technical guidance across a variety of products and solutions for customers of different sizes and types.
• We evangelise our teams capabilities and services to customers.
• We act as trusted advisers by building knowledge of customer environments.
• We drive and promote our services capabilities to our customer base.
