Salary: £30,775 - 30,775 per year

Requirements

  • Experience in a Service Desk or infrastructure support role
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • A structured and organised approach to managing workload
  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies
  • Experience working in an ITIL environment
  • Ideally exposure to networking and cloud infrastructure
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to support a wide range of users and stakeholders
  • Willingness to join the on-call rota after successful completion of probation
  • Ability to obtain Non-Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV) and Security Clearance (SC)
  • Must have lived and worked in the UK for a minimum of 5 years to be eligible for the required security vetting

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for systems and infrastructure
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of cost-effective solutions
  • Help maintain strong standards of security, resilience, and service continuity
  • Work within an ITIL-aligned framework
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across Technology and with third-party suppliers
  • Support service delivery and operational performance
  • Support the evolving needs of our charity
  • Carry out occasional travel across England and Wales
  • Support critical systems through some out-of-hours work where necessary

This is a remote, home-based role with occasional travel across England and Wales and some out-of-hours work where necessary.
