Salary: £58,000 - 98,000 per year

Responsibilities

• We provide functional consultancy throughout all phases of ERP implementation and optimisation projects, from initial discovery and solution design through to training and post-go-live support.
• We act as a subject-matter expert for the Service & Maintenance module, ensuring solutions are robust, efficient, and aligned with client business processes.
• We develop and deliver solution outlines, functional specifications, test scripts, training materials, and end-user documentation.
• We support customers during system configuration, user acceptance testing, and deployment to ensure a smooth and successful rollout.
• We work closely with clients to define, configure, and implement tailored solutions that streamline operations and deliver business value.
