Subject Matter Expert - Courseware, Exam, and Lab Developer

Salary: £65,000 - 105,000 per year

Requirements

• Current HPE MASE (Master Accredited Solutions Expert) certification, active and not lapsed
• Strong, current working knowledge of the HPE product and solution portfolio, including recent releases
• Hands-on implementation or architecture experience in real customer environments
• Clear technical writing ability to make complex topics teachable without losing accuracy
• Genuine interest in broadening expertise across compute, storage, networking, and AI
• Comfort working to deadlines against product release cycles
• Experience authoring courseware, certification exams, or technical documentation
• Prior instructing, delivery, or technical enablement experience
• Additional HPE certifications or credentials from adjacent vendors
• Lab automation and infrastructure-as-code skills, including scripting, Terraform, Ansible, or virtualization platforms

Responsibilities

• Develop courseware, including instructor guides, student guides, lab guides, and supporting materials across the HPE portfolio
• Write and review certification and assessment exam items, including item analysis and defensible answer rationales
• Design, build, and validate hands-on lab environments and write lab guides that work reliably
• Create demos, scenarios, and learning activities that reflect real-world technology deployment
• Keep existing content current as products, firmware, interfaces, and best practices change
• Serve as the technical authority on content accuracy through technical review, QA, and sign-off on your own work and others
• Partner with instructional designers, lab engineers, and program managers to deliver to release schedules
