Requirements

• 7+ years of full stack engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on skills in Rust; React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL are also key.
• 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or Team Lead.
• Solid knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Docker, and AWS.
• Comfortable balancing hands-on coding with leadership.
• Nice to have: background in trading, energy, or financial systems.
• Nice to have: experience with multi-tenant SaaS patterns.
• Nice to have: performance tuning for high-traffic, time-series systems.

Responsibilities
