Business Analyst

Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements

• We require you to have experience in working on key projects affecting or benefiting finance and associated operational areas. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Business Central) is also desirable. Relevant qualifications such as the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis, Agile BA, Agile PM, PRINCE2, or PMI-PBA will be an advantage. Additionally, strong communication, tenacity, and resilience are essential personal qualities, along with analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the business.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will play a key part in our collaborative change and transformation team. You will be responsible for understanding business needs, gathering requirements, and delivering solutions that enable the business to work smarter and achieve its growth ambitions. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Analyzing and documenting workflows, highlighting areas for optimization.
• Translating business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Supporting or leading technology and process improvement projects.
• Acting as a bridge between departments and external partners to ensure clarity in communication.
• Driving the adoption of new systems and processes, aligning them with strategic goals.
