IT Support Analyst

Salary: £25,000 - 25,000 per year

Requirements

• IT graduate or 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of corporate IT infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Azure AVD, Windows Server (2019/2022), Active Directory, and VOIP systems
• Experience with service desk tools such as Zendesk or equivalent, and ITIL-aligned support processes
• Hands on experience with end user hardware setup, configuration, and maintenance
• Strong focus on delivering high quality user support, including for Executive and VIP stakeholders
• Highly organised with excellent time management skills
• Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented with resilience under pressure

Responsibilities

• Deliver first line technical assistance via telephone and email, ensuring IT issues are logged and documented
• Provide regular updates on ticket progress to manage user expectations
• Maintain a responsive support service that consistently delivers positive user experiences
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues using remote tools and hands-on support
• Oversee service desk workloads, allocating unattended tickets and maintaining records
• Support internal office moves and desk setups, installing and configuring IT equipment
• Carry out structured cabling tasks and manage network patching requirements
• Oversee tracking, control, and upkeep of IT assets and inventory
• Support the delivery of application and infrastructure initiatives in wider IT projects
