About the role

Join us at Deepdub for an exciting freelance opportunity!

We are currently looking for a fluent Catalan speaker with strong English skills to join us as a Freelance Catalan Language Specialist.

In this role, you will work with audio and speech content in Catalan , helping ensure high quality, accuracy, and natural sounding language across various voice and localization projects.

This is a fully remote freelance opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Listen to and review audio content in Catalan
• Evaluate pronunciation, fluency, grammar, clarity, and naturalness
• Identify language and pronunciation issues
• Provide feedback and corrections in English
• Support speech, voice, and language related tasks

Requirements

• Previous experience in linguistics, translation, localization, transcription, QA, or audio review - an advantage
• Fluent Catalan speaker - must
• Strong English communication skills - must
• Excellent listening and language evaluation abilities
• Strong understanding of natural speech and pronunciation
• Attention to detail
• Ability to provide accurate and structured feedback
