Requirements
- Active MOD SC Clearance (DV Preferred)
- Proven track record in delivering UX in complex government environments
- Proficiency in Figma and awareness of React/TypeScript components
- Expert user of Jira, Confluence, and Slack
- Confident in engaging and influencing senior military and civilian stakeholders
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting (remote with occasional in-office presence)

Responsibilities
- Lead user research through interviews and workshops with senior military and civilian stakeholders
- Translate complex personas and user journeys into high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes using Figma
- Collaborate with React (TypeScript) developers to ensure design-to-code alignment
- Maintain design systems focused on WCAG accessibility and Core Web Vitals

We are seeking a lead User Experience Consultant & Researcher to drive a high-profile Public Sector Defence project. In this role, you will bridge the gap between senior MOD stakeholders and technical developers to deliver a mission-critical application. We offer a competitive daily rate of £700 - £725 (Outside IR35) and require active MOD SC clearance, with DV preferred. The position is hybrid, allowing for remote work with 4-5 days per month in London/South. We welcome applications from UK Nationals only.
