Job Description
Job Description: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to position our website as a leader in the gifting industry. Define and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual elements across all platforms.
Partner with our Social Media Manager to create and strategize on compelling, engaging social content. Oversee email & SMS copy, website copy, product descriptions, blog posts, social media content, and email newsletters in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with design teams to develop visually appealing assets that align with the brand's aesthetic and values. Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
Identify and cultivate partnerships with businesses, brands, and organizations to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences. Work with our publicist to identify press and award targets.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of branding initiatives and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Champion the customer experience by ensuring that all brand touchpoints reflect our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Provide guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Other ad hoc business or strategic projects as neededRequirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a strong background in direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
Proven success in scaling a brand and driving high-growth marketing initiatives. Strong leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams. Deep understanding of consumer behavior, brand storytelling, and digital marketing strategies.
Expertise in influencer marketing, social media, content creation, and community engagement. Experience managing agency relationships, including PR, creative, and media agencies.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate a clear and compelling brand vision.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a high level of autonomy and accountability.
