Salary: £40,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements

• Fluent German is essential.
• Proven experience in IT operations, IT service delivery, or enterprise systems environments.
• Proven experience in IT transformation and/or transition projects.
• Strong project delivery experience.
• Understanding of enterprise applications, integrations, and IT service management (ITSM).
• Experience with GBS or Shared Services models.

Responsibilities

• Support IT transformation and transition projects across the full lifecycle, including assessment, design, and implementation.
• Contribute to IT service transitions, including application and process migration, knowledge transfer, and stabilisation.
• Support IT assessments across infrastructure, enterprise systems, and service delivery models.
• Map enterprise applications, integrations, and service processes.
• Support the design and implementation of IT operating models within GBS and Shared Services environments.
• Contribute to process standardisation and service optimisation initiatives.
• Support project governance, planning, and tracking across IT transformation initiatives.
• Manage deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies within assigned workstreams.
• Work with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Procurement, and IT teams.
• Support client workshops, communications, and alignment throughout transformation programmes.
• Contribute to transformation documentation, business analysis, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimisation.
