Requirements

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or Business Applications consulting.
• Ability to convey the business needs, value, plans, and risks of proposed solutions to stakeholders and decision makers.
• Ability to build trusted advisor relationships across technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to use self-awareness to interpret verbal and non-verbal cues and read the room.
• Ability to ask insightful questions to understand customer needs, issues, business environment, and drivers.
• Breadth of technical experience and knowledge in foundational security, foundational AI, and architecture design, with depth in one or more of the following areas: Azure AI/Cognitive Services, Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, or CoPilot.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python, C#, R, or JavaScript in application development.
• Ability to integrate Azure AI with services such as Azure Functions, Kubernetes, Docker, and API Management.
• Proven experience building enterprise-grade, AI-focused cloud solutions from MVP to production deployment.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD toolchains, and familiarity with MLOps.
• Foundational knowledge of AI and ML concepts such as prompt engineering, GPU and FPGA compute systems, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Jupyter notebooks, and VS Code.
• Knowledge of Generative AI applications and use cases, including LLMs and foundation model toolsets.
• Understanding of Responsible AI practices, including ethical considerations, bias mitigation, and fairness.
• Awareness of the competitive landscape, including AI platforms beyond Azure such as AWS and GCP, and the AI open-source ecosystem.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including passing the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

• Gather insights from customers and partners.
• Drive consumption growth by developing opportunities to enhance Customer Success and help customers extract value from Microsoft investments.
• Curate and produce high-quality guidance for internal and external communities and customers.
• Leverage subject matter expertise to identify resolutions for customer blockers.
• Follow best practices and utilize repeatable IP to unblock customer challenges.
• Build repeatable IP and assets that create velocity in deployment and drive customer value.
• Continuously improve assets using field inputs.
• Apply technical knowledge to design solutions aligned with business and IT needs.
• Create innovate with AI roadmaps, lead POCs and MVPs, and ensure long-term technical viability.
• Share insights and best practices, collaborate with the Engineering team to address key blockers, and influence product improvements, roadmap, and feature prioritization.
• Stay updated on market trends, collaborate with the AI technical community, and educate customers about the Azure AI platform.
• Engage with field teams to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, promote reusability, and accelerate customer success.
• Collate feedback on assets to drive improvement and leverage field team inputs.

This is a deeply technical, solution-focused individual contributor role where we work on challenging projects, support customers across design, build, and production, and help remove production blockers. We offer a competitive base pay range of 61,900.00 to 105,500.00 per year, and certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
