[Remote] The People Analytics OR HR Data Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dice is seeking a part-time Data Informatics Analyst 2 to support People Analytics and Research programs.

The role focuses on employee survey and workforce data analysis, dashboard and report development, statistical and qualitative research, and translating findings into actionable recommendations for HR and business leaders.

Responsibilities Analyze employee survey and workforce datasets to identify trends, key drivers, and actionable insightsConduct statistical analyses, benchmarking, and employee listening researchSupport analysis of open-ended survey comments using qualitative and AI-assisted methodsCreate dashboards, reports, visualizations, and executive-ready presentationsTranslate analytical findings into clear business implications and recommendations using a storytelling mindsetSupport survey design, measurement development, and employee listening projectsIdentify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and analytical methodologies Skills Experience analyzing survey data and working with large datasetsAdvanced Excel skillsExperience with Qualtrics or similar survey platformsExperience with Tableau or other data visualization toolsExperience with R, Python, SQL, or other statistical softwareStrong written communication skills and ability to present findings to non-technical audiencesStrong attention to detail, with the ability to validate data and quality-check analyses and outputsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team, and maintain confidentiality when handling employee dataExperience supporting employee engagement, employee experience, or employee listening programsExperience conducting advanced survey analyses (e.g., driver analysis, significance testing, text analytics)Master s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Statistics, Data Analytics, Human Resources, or a related fieldPart-time contractor role (up to 30 hours per week)Remote or hybrid work arrangement (Sunnyvale CA or Peachtree Corners, GA)Flexible schedule with availability to support critical reporting timelines Benefits Remote or hybrid work arrangement (Sunnyvale CA or Peachtree Corners, GA).Flexible schedule with availability to support critical reporting timelines.
