IT Support Technician (1st Line)

Salary: £28,000 - 30,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for an IT Support Technician or similar.
• We require a background in 1st line support.
• You must be commutable to Weybridge.

Responsibilities

• We will provide 1st level IT support for users.
• We will set up and deploy laptops for existing and new users.
• We will handle basic troubleshooting and day-to-day support tasks.
• We will coordinate new rollouts and software.
• We will set up new starters and provide induction training.
• We will manage stock control for IT equipment.

We are a market-leading audio rental company providing audio systems for live events, including globally recognised artist tours, sporting events at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and festivals such as Glastonbury. We have grown steadily since we were established 45 years ago and have recently been acquired by a global audio company, increasing our market share and expanding our team to over 150 people. This is a brand-new on-site role based in Weybridge, Surrey, working within our new IT support team and reporting into the Group IT team. The position offers a permanent 35-hour week, flexible hours, occasional remote Saturday work, and opportunities for progression in an exciting industry.
