1st Line Helpdesk Support

Salary: £23,000 - 25,000 per year

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months experience in a similar related role.
• Microsoft 365 app support (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, etc).
• Windows 11, troubleshooting, configuration, installation.
• Software, firmware, and driver installation.
• Printer setup, configuration, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and technical solutions to end-users, including staff and contractors.
• Resolve 1st line issues, escalating complex issues to 2nd or 3rd line support as necessary, following IT procedures.
• Configure laptops, mobile phones, tablets, and printers for office-based and remote staff, including new starters, leavers, and access rights.
• Troubleshoot IT Helpdesk tickets in line with department SLAs.
