Salary: £41,000 - 81,000 per year

Requirements

• We require experience in deep learning, particularly within natural language processing and large language models.
• We require a bachelors degree in a STEM field such as mathematics, computer science, or engineering.
• We require excellent knowledge of data science tools and technologies, including Python, SQL, and production tools.
• We require a strong understanding of probability and statistics fundamentals.
• We require big-picture thinking with the ability to diagnose problems accurately and productionise research.
• We require excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with Product Owners and business leaders.
• We consider it a plus to have a masters degree or PhD in a quantitative discipline.
• We consider it a plus to have solid experience with additional programming languages such as Java, Scala, or C++.
• We consider it a plus to have experience at a large tech company valued at more than $15B.
• We consider it a plus to have achievement in school or university Olympic medal competitions in physics, maths, economics, or programming.

Responsibilities

• We build AI-driven features from scratch, including personal assistants, chatbots, copilots, and similar products.
• We develop user-facing and backend features using deep learning.
• We deliver impactful, scalable, data-driven AI solutions.
• We collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to solve deep learning challenges.
• We integrate cutting-edge AI technologies to drive innovation across our products.
• We work cross-functionally with Product Owners, Software Engineers, Data Analysts, and Operations Managers to create automated solutions that improve customer interactions.
