Senior Technical HealthCare Project Manager – FACETS Position Type: Contract Work Arrangement: Remote – must work EST hours We need to make sure that the candidates are more on the configuration side more than the technical infra side.

Overview Seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager with deep experience in FACETS migrations and optimizations to support key initiatives within their healthcare environment.

This role will be responsible for leading FACETS consolidations, new initiatives, and core optimization efforts across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of technical project management experience, strong experience working with FACETS, and prior experience in a Blue Cross / Blue Shield environment.

This individual should be comfortable managing complex enterprise projects, coordinating across business and technical teams, and driving initiatives from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage large-scale FACETS-related initiatives, including migrations, consolidations, enhancements, and optimization efforts Oversee project planning, execution, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication Drive core system optimization initiatives related to FACETS and claims operations Manage new project initiatives involving FACETS and related healthcare payer systems Coordinate across business, operations, IT, vendor, and leadership teams to ensure successful project delivery Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and develop mitigation strategies Facilitate status meetings, project updates, and executive-level reporting Ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives, technical requirements, and delivery timelines Support cross-functional collaboration in a complex healthcare payer environment Required Qualifications 10+ years of technical project management experience Proven experience leading FACETS migrations, consolidations, and optimization efforts Strong background managing technical projects in a healthcare payer / health insurance environment Prior Blue Cross / Blue Shield experience Experience coordinating across technical, operational, and business teams Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to work remote while supporting EST hours Preferred Qualifications Experience with claims system modernization or transformation initiatives Strong knowledge of healthcare payer operations and claims processing workflows Experience leading enterprise-wide system optimization or platform consolidation efforts Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders at all levels Must-Have Skills Senior Technical Project Management FACETS Migrations, Consolidation / Optimization Healthcare Payer Experience Blue Cross / Blue Shield Experience Stakeholder Management Enterprise Project Delivery GAURAV GAUR Team Lead Recruitment DMS VISIONS INC. |
