Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements

• We require a Microsoft Cloud specialist with advanced expertise in Azure, Microsoft 365, and virtualised environments.
• We are looking for someone with experience leading complex technical projects and mentoring junior technical staff.
• We need strong knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint Online design, implementation, and support.
• We require experience managing complex escalations from a 2nd line support team.
• We are looking for experience with disaster recovery solutions, WAN/LAN network infrastructure, firewalls, and remote access VPNs.
• We need someone who can scope, quote, and deliver cloud-related projects to a high standard.
• We are seeking a self-starter with a passion for cloud infrastructure and Microsoft technologies.
• Experience with Windows Server 2025, Azure PowerApps, and Power BI would be highly beneficial.
• Experience in a managed service provider environment is desirable.
• Hybrid working is required, with 3 days per week in our office near Bournemouth.

Responsibilities

• We will have you act as the technical authority for our Microsoft Cloud technologies.
• You will design, implement, and support our Azure, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint Online environments.
• You will manage complex escalations from our 2nd line team.
• You will oversee disaster recovery solutions across our client and internal environments.
• You will manage our network infrastructure, including WAN, LAN, firewalls, and remote access VPNs.
• You will work closely with our Head of Operations to scope, quote, and deliver cloud-related projects.
• You will lead the implementation of new technologies and advanced cloud projects.
• You will mentor and support our cybersecurity analyst and project engineer.
• You will help ensure our services meet SLAs and industry standards.
• You will contribute to the development of our cybersecurity and cloud offerings.
