Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather, document, and validate business and system requirements for the new applicationConduct detailed analysis of business processes, workflows, and system interactions to define functional and technical requirementsDevelop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, Use Cases, User Stories, and Process Flow DiagramsWork closely with architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into system design and functionalityParticipating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily stand-upsConduct gap analysis and impact assessments to identify potential risks and dependencies in the application build effortEnsure compliance with industry standards, security policies, and best practices for application developmentCollect and clean traditional and big data to ensure data accuracyAnalyse data to identify patterns and extract insightsIdentify data resources and research historical dataTest data outcomesPresent data in an organized manner using data analysis and visualization techniquesPreferred Qualifications:Experience working on cloud-based applicationsKnowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelinesIndustry certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA or Agile/Scrum certifications.Background in enterprise software implementation, system integrations or custom application builds Remote About the Company: Syntricate Technologies Inc
