Requirements

Responsibilities

• We will have you design and optimise the end-to-end digital revenue journey across web, CRM and outbound channels.
• We will have you build and scale AI-driven workflows to increase execution velocity and reduce manual effort.
• We will have you implement lead capture, qualification and attribution systems.
• We will have you architect CRM lifecycle and pipeline infrastructure in collaboration with Sales and CX.
• We will have you design and deploy automation systems using AI tools and agents.
• We will have you own SEO and emerging AEO capabilities.
• We will have you launch and optimise landing pages and conversion pathways.
• We will have you create lean, scalable systems that improve efficiency across the business.
• We will have you manage and coordinate remote freelancers and specialist contributors.

We are a fast-growing commerce and technology business based in Paddock Wood, working onsite 23 days per month. This is a systems-first Digital Marketing Architect role with a strong focus on AI, automation and revenue infrastructure rather than traditional marketing. We offer a salary of £45,000 to £60,000 plus an extensive benefits package. You will work closely with Sales, CX and leadership in a fast-moving high-growth environment where ownership and impact are key.
