Senior Infrastructure/Network Engineer

Salary: £48,000 - 54,000 per year

Requirements

• Extensive experience in network/infrastructure engineering
• Proficiency with Cisco, Nexus 9K switching infrastructure
• Knowledge of EVPN/VXLAN technology
• Familiarity with Cisco firewalls (ASA and FPR)
• Experience in supporting BAU networking operations
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day network operations for a cloud services provider
• Manage infrastructure in a datacentre environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues
• Maintain and optimize networking configurations
• Ensure security protocols are in place for all network operations
• Collaborate with team members on best practices and improvements
• Provide support for network architecture projects as needed
