Senior Project Manager - ServiceNow

Salary: £76,000 - 104,000 per year

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering ServiceNow implementation projects as a Senior Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of the software/application development and deployment lifecycle (SDLC).
• Demonstrable experience managing projects through requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and transition to support.
• Strong project governance and controls experience, including reporting, risk and issue management, dependency management, change control, and deliverable tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills.
• Experience leading complex projects involving multiple teams and workstreams.
• Experience in large enterprise organisations.
• PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
• Experience delivering enterprise SaaS or digital transformation programmes.
• Available at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of ServiceNow implementation projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, business stakeholders, and technical delivery teams.
• Manage project governance, reporting, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and deliverables.
• Drive delivery through the full application lifecycle: requirements, design, build, test and training, deployment, hypercare, and handover to support.
• Ensure effective planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and delivery control throughout the project lifecycle.
