Salary: £45,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in software engineering
• Minimum 2 years focused specifically on AI/ML
• Proven experience developing and integrating AI-driven solutions
• Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain)
• Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning
• Solid grounding in machine learning concepts
• Experience working with Azure

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate AI/ML solutions into production systems
• Work with LLMs, ML models, and modern AI frameworks to build scalable solutions
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on global financial projects
• Apply prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques to optimize LLM performance
• Contribute to architecture, model evaluation, and deployment workflows
