Requirements
- Strong experience delivering solutions on Databricks
- Cloud experience across AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Advanced Python and SQL skills
- Experience leading technical delivery teams within enterprise environments
- Ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience mentoring engineers and driving engineering best practice

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Databricks-based data and ML platforms
- Work closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and Databricks Professional Services teams
- Provide technical leadership across delivery squads and help set the standard for engineering excellence
- Translate business challenges into robust, scalable technical solutions
- Mentor, line-manage, and develop engineers across the wider capability
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, capability development, and technical best practice within our Databricks Centre of Excellence
- Support the continued growth of our Databricks capability across clients and industries
