REMOTE Automation Test Engineer

Location: REMOTE Salary: $50.00 USD Hourly - $60.00 USD Hourly Description: The Judge Group is currently seeking an Automation Test Engineer to support a newly awarded government contract. Due to the nature of the work, US citizenship or a green card is required.

This position is 100% remote, w2 only opportunity. Please, no third parties.

Requirements:JavaScript/TypeScriptSQLPlaywright What You Will Do: As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will develop and maintain test script using relevant frameworks, Automate test cases across multiple user roles , Implement UI Automation using tools such as playwright, Conduct peer reviews of your code , sShare test execution results and feedback every release cycle.

You will lead test automation initiatives and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps processes.

What You Will Need: Minimum of four (4) years of experience in quality assurance or testing for enterprise systems and application developmentBachelor’s degree or four (4) additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degreeAt least two (2) years of experience providing QA and testing support for AWS-based workloadsProven ability to perform manual and automated testing, including defect documentation, reproduction, and validationStrong expertise in test automation using Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript), API testing, performance testing, and tools such as Swagger and PostmanExperience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) integrated with AWS services (e.g., SSM, PostgreSQL)Demonstrated proficiency in testing workloads built with AWS services and technologies including Vue.js, Python, Django, and S3Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate, mentor, and support team members to resolve complex technical issuesExperienced Agile practitioner with a track record of planning and delivering software in iterative environmentsAbility to test and validate workloads for compliance with AWS Well-Architected Framework principles What Would Be Nice To Have: Experience working with Python/Django web-based applicationsExperience conducting penetration and load testing on the AWS CloudExperience in configuring monitoring and alerting in SentryKnowledge of 508 testing standards and requirements By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
