Requirements

• Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams
• Strong software engineering background across backend systems and cloud infrastructure
• Experience building and scaling production-grade products
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, or data-driven environments
• A hands-on approach and willingness to remain close to the code
