Anaplan Support Analyst

Salary: £30,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements

• We have hands-on experience supporting and maintaining Anaplan workspaces/models; Anaplan Level 2 Model Builder certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• We have a proven track record of handling change requests, user support tickets, and system enhancements in a Centre of Excellence or support structure.
• We have a functional understanding of Anaplan model architecture and formula building, with the ability to assist in active model development.
• We have strong communication and facilitation skills, with experience training and empowering non-technical users on Anaplan functionality.
• We have a solid foundational understanding of financial modelling, FP&A principles, or finance workflows.
• We are familiar with AI tools, including the ability to write effective prompts, and we are curious about how AI can improve processes and solve problems.
• Banking or financial services experience is a bonus, but not essential; we also consider candidates from non-financial industries.

Responsibilities

• We manage, triage, and deliver end-to-end change requests across our Anaplan models to ensure seamless business operations.
• We collaborate closely with our Lead Solutions Architect and Model Builders to support building, testing, and implementing new functionalities and enhancements.
• We design and deliver engaging training sessions and documentation to upskill end users across FP&A and Finance Business Partner teams.
• We maintain data integrity, manage user access, monitor model performance, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• We support our broader Finance & Anaplan Centre of Excellence and act as a key engine powering daily operations.
