Salary: £60,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading digital products, service delivery, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of defining product strategy, prioritising roadmaps, delivering customer-focused solutions, and driving measurable business outcomes
• Strong background in Agile delivery, service management, operational excellence, and leadership within complex enterprise environments
• Experience working with client Product Managers and internal developers to agree priorities and deliver required improvements
• Experience leading client ways of working workshops
• Product strategy and vision experience
• Product roadmap management experience
• Agile and Scrum delivery experience
• Stakeholder management experience
• Backlog prioritisation experience
• Business analysis experience

Responsibilities

• Work with client Product Managers to agree what to prioritise and deliver the development and improvements the client requires
• Work closely with internal developers to ensure they are working in the right way, aligned to the right products based on demand, and focusing on the right activities
• Lead client ways of working workshops
• Define and maintain product strategy and vision
• Manage product roadmaps
• Prioritise the backlog and guide Agile and Scrum delivery
• Engage stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions

We are offering a 6-month Agile Product Owner opportunity with a market-rate umbrella-only arrangement. The role is remote/hybrid with periodic attendance at our clients London office, and BPPS clearance is required. We are looking for someone to join a complex enterprise environment where we work closely with client Product Managers and internal developers to align priorities, improve ways of working, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
