Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide first line and second line IT support to primary schools across Merseyside
- Resolve day-to-day technical issues for schools
- Maintain secure and reliable IT systems
- Ensure technology consistently supports teaching, learning, and school operations
- Conduct helpdesk support, on-site and remote troubleshooting
- Perform system maintenance and device builds/installation
- Monitor backups, security systems, and filtering systems
