Salary: £65,000 - 75,000 per year

• Strong experience as a D365 CE / Dynamics CRM Data Architect
• Deep understanding of data modelling, integrations, and CE platform capabilities
• Experience working in complex environments with multiple data sources
• Ability to influence stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Passion for using technology to support meaningful, mission-led work

Responsibilities

• Defining and delivering the organisations D365 CE data architecture
• Designing scalable data models, integrations, and governance frameworks
• Leading data strategy across CRM, reporting, and analytics
• Working across Azure to support integrations, data flows, and wider platform capability
• Leveraging Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) to enhance data accessibility and automation
• Working with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and accessibility
• Supporting a long-term transformation programme with hands-on technical leadership

The role includes a hybrid working pattern with 2 days onsite in London and the remaining days remote.
