Remote Freelance Software Developer (Rust)

Salary: £63,000 - 103,000 per year

Requirements

• We require a Bachelors or Masters degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
• We require at least 3 years of professional experience with Rust.
• Code review experience is required.
• Experience with AI projects is a plus.
• We require advanced English proficiency (C1 or above).
• We are looking for someone who is ready to learn new methods, can switch between tasks and topics quickly, and can work with challenging, complex guidelines.
• This freelance role is fully remote, so you need a laptop, internet connection, time available, and enthusiasm to take on a challenge.

Responsibilities

• Generate prompts that challenge AI.
• Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of AI answers.
• Correct model responses based on domain-specific knowledge.
• Contribute to projects aligned with your skills on your own schedule.
• Help create training prompts and refine model responses.
• Support the improvement of future AI models in coding and reasoning tasks.
