Requirements

• Ability to analyse, design, and optimise end-to-end service management processes, translating business requirements into scalable, efficient ServiceNow solutions.
• Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), ITIL-aligned processes, and enterprise service delivery within a public sector context.
• Development expertise in ServiceNow, including expertise in the development and delivery of the Automated Test Framework.
• Experience supporting the rollout of ServiceNows Automated Test Framework, including implementation planning and delivery into live environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide ServiceNow senior development expertise on a time and materials basis to support optimisation of our ServiceNow instance.
• Support knowledge transfer to key stakeholders.
• Work at our direction to deliver the agreed scope of work.
• Provide expertise to plan and deliver the rollout of ServiceNows Automated Test Framework.
• Develop the high-level implementation plan and approach for the Automated Test Framework.
• Carry out the development and delivery of the Automated Test Framework into live.
