Accounting Software Support

Salary: £45,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements

• Proven experience in 2nd and 3rd line application support within an ERP / Finance ERP environment
• Strong background supporting accounting software with complex finance processes
• Confidence engaging with Finance Directors and CFOs on accounting and system issues
• Solid technical awareness, with SQL Server experience highly desirable
• A passion for application support, problem solving, and building long-term client relationships

Responsibilities

• Logging and managing support calls
• Truly listening to clients to understand issues
• Resolving a wide range of functional and technical problems
• Supporting modules including invoicing, purchasing, stock, distribution, CRM, logistics, and route planning
• Addressing queries ranging from straightforward accounts questions to complex accounting challenges and database-related issues
