We are hiring a Service Manager / Scrum Master to support a higher education platform, working across key application workstreams. This is a 50/50 split between service management and Scrum Master responsibilities, ideal for someone who can combine operational service delivery with agile leadership and deliver change. The role is a 6-month contract offering £500 per day inside umbrella, with a hybrid Sheffield / remote working arrangement. We are looking for someone who thrives in both service operations and agile delivery, with an ASAP start and interview process.
