Requirements

• Strong hands-on Dayforce (Ceridian) experience; we are looking for true system specialists, not PM or Programme professionals.
• Proven experience configuring Dayforce across HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, Benefits, and Reporting modules.
• Experience building reports and working with Dayforce reporting tools.
• Comfort working in a live, integrated environment and managing end-to-end configuration changes.
• Strong understanding of HRIS, Payroll, and Workforce Management processes.
• Experience working with integrations such as Finance and Benefits.
• Ability to support defect resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with change governance, testing, and release processes.
• Experience in post-implementation or stabilisation programmes.
• Knowledge of UK payroll legislation is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver configuration changes across the Dayforce platform.
• Support system optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Reward teams to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Ensure all changes are assessed for downstream impact and properly governed.
• Support system updates and ongoing enhancements.
• Work through post-go-live stabilisation and optimisation activities in a live environment.

We are supporting a client who has just completed a large-scale Dayforce implementation and is now seeking experienced Dayforce Product Specialists to help with post-go-live stabilisation and optimisation. This is a 12-month fully remote contract paying £450 per day outside IR35.
