Service Architect

Salary: £39,000 - 79,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for a Service Architect with experience in ServiceNow structure, automation workflows, and implementation.
• We need strong service design experience across product management and support workflows for several hundred products.
• We require experience designing service models for platform-based product delivery environments.
• We are looking for someone familiar with using Dynamic CIs for product discovery and association.
• Experience integrating with observability tools such as Datadog is required.
• Familiarity with AWS or Confluent Cloud would be an advantage.
• This is a 6-month contract position, with a strong potential to extend.
• The role is outside IR35.
• We are seeking someone who can work fully remotely.

Responsibilities

• We will rely on you to design and implement ServiceNow structures and automation workflows.
• You will develop service design approaches for product management and support workflows across a large product portfolio.
• You will create service design solutions for a platform-based product delivery model that supports hundreds of products.
• You will use Dynamic CIs for product discovery and association.
• You will integrate service capabilities with observability tools such as Datadog.
• You will support technical discussions where AWS or Confluent Cloud experience is beneficial.
