• Participate in a two-year structured program at the Ten10 Academy
• Complete initial online course covering fundamentals of computing and AI
• Attend core training covering various technologies and tools
• Explore different technology roles to determine personal strengths and interests
• Engage in self-driven training and development after core training
• Work on real-time projects with clients post-training
• Receive mentorship and support throughout the training and placement process
