Senior SAP Business Solution Manager

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Finance, HR, Supply Chain & Logistics solutions, ideally within a Port
• Previous managerial experience with strong leadership skills
• Background in coaching and developing talent
• Experience in developing process automation through technology
• Ability to lead large-scale complex IT programs/projects
• Excellent written, oral, instructional, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Highly self-motivated, directed, and change-oriented
• Knowledge of new technologies in the specific field
• Experience in planning and managing IT programs, including budgeting and resource management
• Experience with managing system integrators to deliver business outcomes
• Willingness to travel around the Group as required

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders on strategic planning and defining a roadmap for continuous improvement
• Produce comprehensive business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, user and system requirements
• Lead one or more teams of colleagues and/or external third parties/contractors, ensuring strategic and operational goals are met
• Engage stakeholders effectively to align expectations and achieve mutual goals
• Perform software selection supported by Enterprise and Technical Architecture reviews
• Liaise with project managers in developing delivery plans and tracking portfolio status
• Identify long-term opportunities and challenges, developing plans aligned with organisational goals
