Senior IT Support Technician

Salary: £36,000 - 42,000 per year

Requirements

• At least 4 years of proven experience in an IT Support role
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Intune, ticketing systems, and RMM tools
• Solid understanding of core networking principles, including DHCP, DNS, and general connectivity troubleshooting
• Excellent phone manner, capable of explaining technical concepts without jargon
• A clean driving license and access to your own vehicle for travel to client sites
• Proactive and accountable attitude with a focus on ownership and collaboration
• Interest in modern IT trends and automation applications in an MSP environment

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of technical issues via our ticketing system, from logging to resolution
• Utilize Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools to proactively support and maintain client endpoints
• Provide exceptional telephone support
• Manage and support Microsoft 365 environments, Intune, and other cloud-based systems
• Act as an ambassador for our company, ensuring every client feels valued and supported
• Visit client sites for hands-on support or hardware deployment
• Assist in rolling out practical AI tools and testing automations to enhance efficiency
