Lead Power Platform Consultant

Salary: £70,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for a strong consulting background delivering Microsoft PPM or adjacent solutions.
• We require experience with technologies such as Project Online, Planner Premium, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or Project Operations is beneficial.
• We need experience leading enterprise client engagements.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills are essential.
• You should be able to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience mentoring consultants or leading delivery teams is required.
• You must be comfortable operating in both technical and client-facing environments.
• Desirable experience includes Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Power Platform governance and security.
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 or PL-600 are desirable.

Responsibilities

• We lead Microsoft PPM and Power Platform implementations for enterprise customers.
• We run client workshops to gather, define, and challenge business requirements.
• We design scalable solutions aligned to customer goals and operational processes.
• We configure and implement solutions across Project Online, Planner Premium, and the wider Power Platform stack.
• We provide technical leadership across engagements and support consultants with problem resolution.
• We support customer stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
• We work closely with Project Managers to define implementation plans and delivery milestones.
• We support User Acceptance Testing, training, and solution adoption activities.
• We advise customers on governance, best practice, and roadmap planning.
• We support presales activities including estimations, statements of work, and solution proposals.
• We contribute to proposition development aligned to the Microsoft roadmap.
• We mentor and develop junior consultants within the practice.
• We support internal standards, delivery frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• We contribute to thought leadership activities including blogs, webinars, and knowledge sharing.
