Requirements

• Proven experience delivering at a senior level across the ServiceNow platform.
• Advanced configuration experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
• Hands-on experience configuring and optimising ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Strong background in data modelling, CI relationships, and CMDB design.
• Expert experience designing synchronous and asynchronous REST/SOAP integrations, inbound and outbound.
• Proficiency with Integration Hub, Spokes, MID Server, and payload handling using JSON/XML.
• Experience supporting and developing ServiceNow mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Build, update, and improve our core ServiceNow platform so it works smoothly for everyday users.
• Set up and optimise standard ServiceNow tools, with a focus on IT Service Management and IT Operations Management.
• Create smart, automated workflows and organise how our IT assets and data connect with each other.
• Integrate ServiceNow securely with other business systems and software so data flows smoothly both ways.
• Set up rules for system communication, resolve connection errors, and monitor data health.
• Help build and maintain our ServiceNow mobile app.
