IT Service Desk Administrator

Salary: £28,000 - 32,000 per year

Requirements

• We have experience in IT support or service desk roles
• We have experience with Windows environments, including Office, desktop, and server systems
• We have experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and Microsoft desktop environments

Responsibilities

• We provide on-site and off-site IT support
• We handle 1st line support and some 2nd line support
• We work with Active Directory, Office 365, and Microsoft desktop environments
• We support a range of businesses across different environments and industries
• We may assist with administrative tasks such as quoting and invoicing
