Remote Technical Account Manager - Grimsby

Salary: £69,000 - 109,000 per year

Requirements

• We require 3+ years in a Technical Services role in software, telecommunications, or customer service, call/contact centre, and/or service delivery.
• We require TCP/IP networking knowledge and exposure to VoIP technology.
• We require an understanding of TCP/IP and internet fundamentals.
• We require knowledge of software, telecommunications, and IP telephony.
• We require demonstrated technical problem-solving proficiency.
• We require excellent analytical and advanced troubleshooting skills with end users and customers.
• We require excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• We provide post-sales technical support and customer management as a Technical Account Manager or Senior Technical Account Manager.
• We support customer onboarding, technical troubleshooting, customer satisfaction, retention, and ROI.
• We work independently and alongside Sales, Technical Support, Professional Services, and other teams to drive customer success.
• We help deliver collaborative solutions that ensure our customers have a positive experience and products that meet their needs.
