Requirements

Previous experience as an IT Support Engineer in a school, college, or similar organization.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and cloud solutions.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

Supporting staff onsite and remotely with IT queries.
Managing Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Teams, and SharePoint.
Delivering training sessions and building staff confidence with new technology.
Maintaining networks, devices, and ensuring IT security.

We are recruiting an IT Support Engineer to join our team at a leading Managed IT Services provider. This position begins with a 6-month on-site role in Grimsby, supporting a large school through a major digital transformation. After this phase, you will transition into a remote IT Support Engineer role within the wider MSP team. We offer excellent career progression into either Service Desk or Project Engineering, along with remote working flexibility after the first project phase. Training and Microsoft certifications are also supported.
