Salary: £62,000 - 102,000 per year

Requirements

• Degree in a STEM field
• Proven track record of successful enterprise deployments in previous GTM or forward deployed engineering roles
• A natural relationship-builder who is an excellent communicator and comfortable discussing complex technical topics with customers at all levels
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments, with a willingness to move fast and grow quickly in scope and responsibility
• Demonstrated exceptional ability to learn
• Experience selling highly technical products, working as a software engineer, or founding a startup is a plus
• Competitive, highly ambitious, and comfortable working in high-intensity environments is a plus
• Ability to context switch quickly and handle a broad range of technical and non-technical problems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle, from deployment through activation, to ensure our customers are successful using Devin
• Work closely with customers to understand their technical challenges and identify the best use cases for Devin
• Build deep relationships with our customers engineering teams to support smooth product integration and adoption, activate top users, and drive product utilization
• Listen to customer feedback, implement requested features where appropriate, and advocate for customer needs with the rest of our team
• Use strong product instincts to help set the roadmap and serve as the customer voice
