Field Customer Success Specialist - Remote UK Wide

Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements

• 5+ years experience working with ERP systems in a customer-facing role
• Ability to explain complex systems in a clear and digestible manner
• Strong data analysis skills to identify patterns and opportunities
• Initiative and self-motivation to take action without waiting for direction
• Excellent relationship-building skills to foster trust with customers
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites across the UK

Responsibilities

• Leading onboarding and implementation for new SMB customers, both remotely and on-site
• Delivering engaging training sessions (live, recorded, and in-person)
• Travelling nationwide to build relationships and understand customer workflows
• Analyzing usage data to identify gaps, opportunities, and risks
• Advising customers on smarter workflows and better ERP usage
• Building genuine relationships that enhance customer satisfaction
