Job DescriptionServiceNow-Technical Lead-RemoteWhy you want to work at Flexion:Were looking for a ServiceNow Technical Lead with an unwavering passion for designing meaningful easy-to-use applications.Most of the work we do is on large-scale enterprise-wide systems (both commercial and government)this project in particular will help ensure the uninterrupted secure and compliant operation of critical federal acquisition and assistance systems.At Flexion (an agile software company thats been delivering excellence for over 25 years) our company culture is built on autonomy trust and transparency.We empower teams to remain self-sufficient and self-directed by hiring people who can solve complex problems through collaborationthis means lending a hand and flexing your multi-skilled muscles (adjacent skills for role etc.) as needed.Every member of a cross-functional team is a leader who takes responsibility for the entire teams success mirroring the companys overall low-bureaucracy structure.We believe that growth comes from working togetherand that includes supporting each other through thoughtful constructive feedback.Flexion team members are expected to help each other grow challenge ideas respectfully and integrate feedback as a normal part of the workday.What the job looks like:Youll be responsible for leadership and architectural oversight for the ServiceNow enterprise platform.Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight for the ServiceNow enterprise platform ensuring stability scalability security and alignment with federal requirements and organizational objectives.Design develop and maintain ServiceNow applications workflows integrations and configurations across multiple instances following platform best practices and governance standards.Lead the implementation and sustainment of AI-powered automation solutionsArchitect and oversee knowledge management solutions enabling effective self-service automated content recommendations and continuous knowledge optimization.Develop deploy and monitor AI and Machine Learning workflows ensuring model performance accuracy explainability and compliance with operational and security standards.Manage complex integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (e.g.identity providers enterprise platforms and line-of-business applications) using REST APIs MID Servers and integration hubs.Serve as the technical authority for ServiceNow upgrades patches and platform enhancements ensuring minimal downtime and regression risk.Establish and enforce development standards code quality and configuration management practices;
