Requirements
- We are looking for someone who has previously worked as a Senior Product Designer, Product Designer, Senior UX/UI Designer, Senior UI/UX Designer, Lead Product Designer, Product Design Lead, or in a similar role.
- We need experience working within digital product environments.
- We require extensive UX and UI design experience, supported by a strong portfolio of completed work.
- We are looking for a background in delivering user research, prototype testing, and design experimentation.
- We need experience working within Agile and cross-functional product teams.
- We require advanced knowledge of Figma and contemporary prototyping tools.
- We are looking for an understanding of accessibility requirements and inclusive design practices.
- We need a portfolio demonstrating data visualisation, dashboard, information design, and data storytelling capabilities.
- We need the ability to make complex data, processes, and decision-making journeys simple and intuitive for users.
- Experience within healthcare, HealthTech, life sciences, or similarly regulated environments is desirable.
- Experience designing analytics platforms, AI-enabled solutions, dashboards, or decision-support products is desirable.
- A background working with clinical, operational, or population-related data is desirable.
Responsibilities
- We will rely on you to plan and deliver user research, usability testing, and design validation activities.
- You will develop interactive prototypes to test concepts and guide product decisions.
- You will take ownership of UX and UI design throughout discovery, development, and validation.
- You will turn complex data, insights, and recommendations into simple, engaging user experiences.
- You will design dashboards, workflows, and decision-support interfaces that make information easier to understand and act upon.
- You will carry out interviews and usability studies to identify user needs and opportunities for improvement.
- You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to develop and prioritise effective solutions.
- You will use qualitative and quantitative insights to refine products and improve the overall user experience.
- You will present design thinking, research findings, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You will promote accessibility, inclusive design, and user-centred principles throughout the design process.
