Senior IAM Engineer

Salary: £70,000 - 79,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for a Senior IAM Engineer with proven hands-on experience delivering IAM deployments.
• We require strong experience with CyberArk for Privileged Access Management, including vault configuration, session management, and enterprise-scale deployment.
• We are looking for solid Identity Provider experience, ideally with Okta.
• We need experience designing and implementing SSO, MFA, and federated authentication in complex, multi-country environments.
• We are seeking someone who can lead from the front, influence at senior level, and turn security roadmaps into delivery.
• We require the ability to work across global programmes and collaborate effectively with engineering teams, product owners, and systems integration partners.
• We are looking for a candidate with experience in a hands-on engineering role within a large, complex organisation.

Responsibilities

• We own Identity & Access Management across a complex, multi-country organisation.
• We help deliver global IAM engineering standards across multiple countries and systems integration partners.
• We drive consistency and reusability across large-scale global programmes.
• We collaborate closely with engineering teams, product owners, and SI partners across multiple regions.
• We design, implement, and support Privileged Access Management solutions using CyberArk.
• We work on Identity Provider solutions, including SSO, MFA, and federated authentication.
• We turn security roadmaps into practical delivery outcomes.
• We lead hands-on engineering work while influencing stakeholders at senior level.
